Class Details:
Something a little bit different than our normal offerings, as we gather alongside the fireplace in the ballroom at Illahe Hills Country Club for a mellow, feel-good yoga class on Wednesday, March 22nd. We’ll begin with a 60 minute, all-levels yoga class led by Y+B founder, Mikki Trowbridge. After class, yogis are invited to stay for a beverage of your choice - available for purchase from Illahe - and time spent with your Y+B community. Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice. Read more about our donation-based pricing model.
Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of a beverage.
Space is limited for this practice, so we recommend registering in advance.
Our complete and current policies can always be found here. Additional class details can be found below.
Registration Details:
If class is full, your name will be added to the waitlist and you’ll be notified as soon as a spot opens up for class. Please make sure your account is set to allow for email or text notifications. If you pay for a spot on the waitlist, and don’t end up receiving a spot in class, we will contact you about a credit or a refund.
If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.
Donation Details:
All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:
