We enjoyed inviting you into our homes, and were honored to be invited into yours. For now, our live streams have come to an end, but the recordings will continue to be available for you to practice with when you need them.

Following the tug of your mind and your body. This practice is all about twists - we explore similar movements in our low and high lunges in a repetitive motion to allow the body and mind to settle into our practice. We move through grounding leg work as we explore cactus arms and opening the chest as we twist. Challenge is added through standing balance and warrior three. We opt for a standing vinyasa variation to give the wrists a little rest throughout our practice.

We explore all the elements of eagle pose by building from the ground up. We move through warrior one with eagle arm variations and into our warrior sequence to create a fluid flow with moments of rest. We explore chair pose and balance moments as we build up to a full eagle pose before settling into stillness and rounding out practice with our favorite burrito savasana.

Listening Inward. A midday, midweek practice to tune out the external distractions and demands, and to listen inward. Our practice starts belly down before moving into some gentle back body awakening, and then moves us into a flow that keeps reminding us to turn inward, both through the gaze and the shape of the poses. Asana (poses) include low lunge, 1/2 splits, chair, warrior 1 with a gentle twist, bound angle, reclined twist, and then of course, savasana.

A practice that explores, through our movement and breath, how finding center or finding balance is not a destination, but an ongoing practice of returning to center over and over again. Our physical practice starts seated, and then moves into about 20 minutes of fairly steady movement, before returning to stillness and to the ground once again. Shanti demonstrates the option of taking savasana for the practice, for the entire practice. Always invite yourself to take what you need, and leave what you don't.

Supported & Spacious. Exploring how we use the breath to create stability and support, and also cultivate suppleness and space. Our physical practice focuses on activating our stabilizing muscles, instead of the usual movement muscles that get focused on a lot in yoga and fitness activities. We explore banana pose and a series of side bends, as well as gentle twists in a variety of shapes, before ending with some belly-down backbends, 1/2 frog, and a chill savasana. Blanket encouraged for practice if your knees are tender for knee-down work, and as an exploration for head support. Fair warnings, Shanti & Musketeer pretty much took over this practice.

We lengthen our side body with interlaced fingers, palms pressing to the sky as we move through these shapes building up to tree pose. Jumping into movement. A 30 minute practice that is all about embracing movement and getting into our body to take a break from the clutter in the mind. We jump right in as we begin in downdog and begin to move through a sequence of low and high lunge that incorporates cactus arms and twists. We carry these twists and cactus arms to our balance pose with time to breathe in our forever favorite chair pose. We find a steady flow throughout class with repeat movements to allow us to settle into this practice and recharge before heading back to whatever the day has in store.

A practice designed to draw us into the moment, in observation of our breath, our mind, our heart. Our physical practice opens up the front of the hip and the front of the heart and creates stability in the lower half of the body (lower chakras) to create fluidity and openness in the upper body (upper chakras). To remove the pressure and to give yourself space to show up as you are in each moment. Our physical practice grounds us into ourselves with a decent amount of chair pose as a place of transition into and out of our lunges and warriors, and strategically activates our back body at the end of this work day, to counter the sitting you might have experienced today. Balance is sprinkled throughout the practice, and then we end with some seated forward folds and twists, a supine twist and savasana.

Community. Support. Comfort. This practice is all about bringing it back to center and finding support in our poses and in life. Our practice moves through a series of repeat movements and poses to allow the mind and the breath to come back to center, back to a place that feels grounded and supported. Our physical practice explores movements in high lunge, warrior 2 and extended side angle, allowing time in each shape to settle and breath. We also explore a supportive tree pose, lingering in the shape and bringing the focus back to the breath.

Opening the heart and waking up the shoulders. Our practice is all about staying open to things that you need in the moment and closing off the things that aren’t serving you in this moment. Our practice explores dynamic movement in our warrior shapes while adding in some shoulder opening options to each. We focus on keeping the heart open and lifted as we move from standing balance through warrior 3 to lunge and back again.

By grounding through each pose and focusing on the breath we can tune out the chaos and feed what we need. A practice all about tuning out so we can tune inward. Our physical practice moves through warrior 1 and 2, slowly adding on each time to build up options of extended side angle, triangle or half moon. We focus on lengthening through the side body and grounding through our foundation in each shape.

By pausing and resting, we can go farther. A practice about giving yourself the space to you need to catch your breath so that you have the presence and the energy to invest into the things you love. Our physical practice explores belly down backbends, and activation of the backside of our body, building into locust, warrior 3 and dancer pose.

Let there be pause. A flowing practice that moves us into moments of stillness and settling into shapes. Our physical practice includes movements that explore/encourage range of motion in our shoulders, while moving through a variety of lunges, lizard pose, twisting crescent, warrior 2, triangle pose, tree pose and revolved triangle pose before settling onto the floor for wide legged forward fold, supported bridge, and an easy twist. Two Blocks are strongly encouraged for this practice if you have them, as we explore building them in to our poses and transitions.

Hello Hips. This practice is all about our hips - waking them up, finding depth in each movement and taking things slow. We keep our October mantra of "slowing down" as the focus for our practice, really taking our time in each movement to honor what we need. Our physical practice explores crescent lunges, lizard pose and of course everyone's favorite - chair pose! We wrap up our practice with extended time in pigeon pose with all the pillows and blankets necessary to make it happy and ending in a wrapped up savasana.

Tuning into our body, breath, energy and mind through a mindful movement practice that targets shoulders and hips through arm variations in lunges, warrior 2, 1/2 splits, revolved triangle variations, horse pose and forward folds. Through our practice we invite movement into all major joints within the body, while clearing away physical and mental clutter through movement, breath, and balance. Slow & Controlled. A slower practice that allows us to control our movements and feel grounded and connected in every shape and pose. Our physical practice is all about engaging our feet and legs through our warrior poses and small moments of balance leading up to gentle hip opening shapes. We focus on deeply engaging our lower body in warrior 1 and high lunge with extra twits and core work. And it wouldn't be Saturday without a few chairs sprinkled in.
