Class Details:
New location alert!! We are loving the Pringle Creek Community in Salem - a sustainable living community that is the new home of Prismatic Coffee, Epilogue, and Root Cellar Market - three local businesses we love to support. We’ll be gathering a few times this summer for a midday practice on the lawn with Mikki, with time for coffee before or after practice. Class is a 60 minute, all-levels flow yoga class. Suggested donation of $5-10per yogi. Read more about our donation-based pricing model.
Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of coffee, food, gift card, merch, or other form of support. Sign up, or show up, we will have space for everyone.

Registration Details:
If you have a spot reserved, our teachers and our hosts are counting on you attending. We are asking for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, if something gets in the way of attending class.
Donation Details:
All of our Salem-area classes are donation-based, meaning you pay what you can for class. We suggest $5-$10 per yogi. If you are able to contribute for class, you can make a donation when you register, or here are your other options:

Other Helpful Details:
We are expecting all yogis in attendance to purchase a beverage, food, a retail item, or a gift card from Prismatic.
Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.
