Class Summary:
We love having a good excuse to skip work on a Friday - and here it is! Join us for a day of yoga, rafting, and beer in partnership with Northwest Whitewater Adventures and Bent Shovel Brewing in Estacada.
We’ll begin with a meet up at Bent Shovel Brewing at 8:30am to leave our cars at the brewery. From there, we’ll be transported to McIver Park for a 45 minute yoga class led by Lisa Gurnsey to prepare our bodies for paddling and river adventures. After yoga, we’ll load into rafts for a day on the Clackamas River, with time to swim and enjoy along the way. We’ll return to Bent Shovel Brewing around noon, where your first pint is included in your registration. Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase. $125 per yogi includes yoga, rafting and your first pint.
Our Clackamas River trip is a scenic and relaxing float down a Class 2 river, with stunning views of the surrounding forests and mountains along the way. You'll float past towering trees, over sparkling rapids, and through calm pools, giving you a chance to take in the serene beauty of this natural wonderland.
Our guides will provide rafts, lifejackets and paddles. We will have dry bags to keep towels and phones dry. Your yoga mat/any extra dry clothes will stay safe and dry in the transport vans.
