We are excited to be back at one of our favorite spots for practice and a pint! Join us on a Sunday morning for an all-levels yoga practice at Deluxe Brewing, followed by a pint of beer with fellow yogis. All are welcome, regardless of yoga experience.
Remember those Live Streams that helped us keep our sanity for most of 2020 and some of 2021? Well we are bringing it back for a special Halloween class, streamed live from MIssissippi, with one of Y+B originals - Seville Strickler. So grab your mat, your fur children, perhaps a beverage and a costume , and join us!
Our Yoga + Coffee Live Stream is coming back for the holiday weekend, thanks to Yuliya Bohan. Join Yuliya via YouTube at 10am PST on Sunday, December 26th for an all levels, 60 minute flow. This practice will focus on gratitude towards self and others, gratitude for the past year, letting go, moving forward, setting intention for new year, and compassion and love towards self.

Over the winter, we will be live streaming three times per week, via YouTube. 10am PST Saturdays for 60 minutes, 6pm PST Mondays for 60 minutes and Noon PST Wednesdays for 30 minutes. These will be all levels flow classes, that are similar to our practices at breweries and wineries around the PNW. The only difference is that we will not be physically together.

While this year has been challenging, and our Yoga + Beer gatherings have looked very different … we are extremely grateful for this community and all of the support you have provided for us and one another through out this year. Join us for practice and a pint at Calapooia Brewing in Albany, Oregon. During the warm months, class is held in Calapooia's atrium. This space is covered, but is open to the elements, so dress for an outdoor class. Then plan on staying and enjoying dinner and a pint after class.
